Membership Cancellation and Re-Enrollment Policy:

Membership may be cancelled by the member at any time. Upon cancellation, all membership benefits and privileges will terminate in accordance with the terms of the Membership Club.

Should a member elect to re-enroll in the Membership Club following cancellation, the member will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee equal to six (6) months of the then-current monthly membership fee applicable to the membership plan selected. This re-enrollment fee will be required in lieu of the $99 lifetime activation fee that applies to an initial enrollment.

The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable and does not constitute payment for future membership months unless otherwise expressly stated by the Membership Club.
